Bali Product Sourcing — Vetted Suppliers, Tendered Prices, AQL-Checked Goods

We are a sourcing agency, not a marketplace. Every order goes out to tender across a minimum of three vetted Bali workshops, is inspected to ISO 2859-1 AQL sampling, and ships consolidated FOB Surabaya (Tanjung Perak) — with our fee table published below, not hidden in a quote.

Every brief becomes a tender dossier: three vendors, one comparison sheet, one honest recommendation.
The tender board

Why we never quote from one supplier

A single quote is not a price — it is a hope. Our house rule since 2015: no order is placed until at least three vetted vendors have answered the same brief on the same sheet. Below is the comparison frame we run for every tender (illustrative sheet; your dossier carries real names and numbers).

Vetting before tendering: OSS/NIB business registration, NPWP tax ID and export history are verified, and workshops receive unannounced site audits before they may answer a brief.

Tender scope planner

Draft your Tender Scope Sheet in three choices

Pick a product vertical, an order-size band and a service scope. The sheet on the right shows the real numbers your tender triggers: the AQL sample size per ISO 2859-1 (General Inspection Level II), the fee stages that apply, and the document checklist for your vertical. Static lookups from our published tables — nothing is sent anywhere.

Buyer questions

Asked before every tender

What do you charge, and is the fee table on this page real?

Yes. We work on a project fee, retainer or commission depending on scope, and QC inspection starts from USD 190 per man-day (indicative, as of 2026). The table above mirrors the pricing and fees page line for line. Where an engagement is commission-based brokering, we say so plainly before you commit.

What is the minimum order you take on?

It depends on the vertical: handicraft workshops often start around 50–100 pieces per SKU, apparel around 100–300 pieces per style, furniture usually at mixed-container level. We do not invent lower MOQs than workshops will honour — for smaller first orders, see sourcing for small online shops.

What quality standard do you inspect against?

ISO 2859-1 AQL sampling at General Inspection Level II — the same brackets printed in the reference table above. We inspect in-line during production and pre-shipment, and every report is photographic and point-in-time honest: it describes the lot on the day we stood in the workshop. Details on the QC inspection page.

Who owns the supplier relationship?

You do. Once a vendor wins your tender, they are your supplier — introduced by name after vetting, with no hidden markup layered between you. Our value is the tender discipline, the audits and the QC, not gatekeeping the contact. See how vetting works.

Do you handle export and shipping?

We consolidate goods from multiple workshops, pack to ISPM-15 standard and hand over FOB Surabaya (Tanjung Perak) with export documents in order. Your freight forwarder takes it from the port — or we can work with theirs. See export consolidation and warehouse & container services.
