Disclaimer | Bali Product Sourcing

This disclaimer governs your use of baliproductsourcing.com, operated by Juara Holding Group. In plain terms: our vetting and QC reduce risk but guarantee nothing, no figure on this site is a binding quote, and we are not licensed legal, tax or customs advisers. Read the details below before engaging our sourcing services.

Bali Product Sourcing is the sourcing and procurement desk of Juara Holding Group — an Indonesian group operating from Bali across Indonesia since 2015. We work as an independent sourcing agent and broker between international buyers and Indonesian suppliers. We do not own factories, we do not manufacture goods, and unless a signed engagement letter says otherwise, we are not a party to the purchase contract between you and a supplier.

Who Publishes This Website?

This website is published by Juara Holding Group. Every page on baliproductsourcing.com is prepared by our in-house team and reviewed before publication. If you spot an error — a stale regulation, a broken link, a figure that no longer holds — tell us on WhatsApp at +62 811-3941-4563 or at bd@juaraholding.com and we will correct it.

Nothing on this site creates an agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship. That relationship begins only when both sides sign a written engagement that states the scope, the fee or commission, and the deliverables. Our fees are disclosed in that document before you commit; we do not add undisclosed margins on top of supplier prices.

What Do Vetting and QC Reports Actually Guarantee?

Honestly: nothing. They reduce risk — often dramatically — but they are snapshots of a supplier at a moment in time, not insurance policies.

When we vet a supplier we validate the NIB in the government OSS portal, check tax standing through the DJP registry at ereg.pajak.go.id, and review export history through the DJBC e-Service, where PEB declarations and HS-code classifications surface. A supplier can pass every check and still delay a shipment six months later. The boundary in plain terms:

Our deliverable What it confirms What it cannot promise
Supplier vetting report Legal registration, tax standing and export track record as verified on the report date Future conduct, solvency, capacity or honesty of the supplier
QC inspection report The inspected sample matched the agreed specification at the time of inspection The condition of uninspected units, or damage in transit and storage
Consolidation and export coordination Documents prepared against the declared HS codes and cargo details you approve Customs clearance in Indonesia or in your destination country
Private-label coordination Production follows the brief and artwork you sign off Trademark or IP clearance in your home market

We never promise that a shipment will clear customs. Clearance decisions belong to customs authorities alone, in Indonesia and in your country, and no agent can guarantee them.

Are the Prices on This Site Binding Quotes?

No. No price, fee range, cost illustration or benchmark anywhere on this site is an offer, quotation or commitment. Sourcing costs in Bali move constantly with raw-material prices, the rupiah exchange rate, freight conditions out of Tanjung Perak in Surabaya (where most Bali suppliers quote FOB), and a production calendar shaped by Nyepi, Galungan, Kuningan, Ramadan and the rainy season that slows wood drying.

Binding numbers exist in one place only: a written, dated quotation issued for your specific project. If a figure on this site and a figure in your quotation disagree, the quotation wins.

Is Our Regulatory Content Legal, Tax or Customs Advice?

No. Regulatory material on this site is general information, and it ages fast. As of 2026, and subject to change: Indonesia’s new import prohibition framework took effect on 1 January 2026; Perda 4/2026 criminalized nominee ownership structures in Bali in early 2026; between January and June 2026 the OSS system blocked new low-risk-KBLI PT PMA registrations in Bali; and an IDR 10 billion paid-up capital requirement for PT PMA has been proposed but not enacted. Any of these positions can shift after the date we publish them.

We are not licensed legal advisers, tax consultants, customs brokers or certification bodies. Where your project needs a legal opinion, a tax ruling, customs brokerage, halal or food-safety certification, or laboratory testing, we arrange those services through vetted licensed partners. Each partner is responsible for its own professional work under its own license; we coordinate, we do not underwrite their conclusions. Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the current position with a licensed professional in the relevant field.

How Do We Handle Your Personal Data?

We process personal data under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law, UU No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP). When you contact us through the inquiry form (name, email, destination market, cargo details, message), by email or on WhatsApp, we use that data for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and preparing a proposal. The legal bases are your consent and the steps needed before entering a contract. We do not sell personal data, and we share it only with the vetted partners needed to answer your request.

For visitors contacting us from the EEA or the United Kingdom, we handle inquiries with GDPR principles in mind — data minimisation, purpose limitation, and honoring the rights below. Your rights, and how to use them:

  • Access and copy — ask what personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate or outdated data.
  • Deletion — ask us to erase data we no longer need for an active inquiry or a legal obligation.
  • Withdrawal of consent — stop future processing at any time; it does not affect processing already done.
  • Objection and complaint — object to how we process your data, or raise the matter with the Indonesian data protection authority or your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, message +62 811-3941-4563 on WhatsApp or write to bd@juaraholding.com with the subject line “Data request”. We respond as quickly as our desk allows and never charge for a first request.

What Are the Limits of Our Liability?

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, Juara Holding Group accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — lost profit, lost sales, lost goodwill — arising from your use of this website or from decisions made on the strength of its content. The site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are likewise not liable for the acts or omissions of independent third parties in your supply chain: suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, insurers, customs brokers and certification bodies. Force majeure events — volcanic eruptions, island-wide ceremonial closures such as Nyepi, port congestion, regulatory freezes — sit outside anyone’s control, ours included.

Where you have signed a service engagement with us, the liability terms in that engagement govern our work and take precedence over this page. Nothing here excludes liability that Indonesian law does not allow to be excluded.

Can This Disclaimer Change?

Yes. We review this page when regulations move — and in Indonesia they move often. The version published here is always the current one, stated as of 2026 and subject to change without prior notice, so re-read it before relying on it for a new project.

How Do You Reach Us About This Page?

Three routes, one desk:

  • WhatsApp: +62 811-3941-4563
  • Email: bd@juaraholding.com
  • Inquiry form: on our contact page, for project-specific questions

We answer in plain language, and if a question needs a licensed professional rather than a sourcing agent, we will say so and connect you with a vetted licensed partner instead of guessing.
